Celebrating Chinese culture at the “Under the Lanterns” event!

Written By: David T. Lee - Mar• 13•16

Ni hao!

Last night, from 6:30-9:00, we had lots of fun at the “Under the Lanterns” event! The event, held in Sherwood Middle School’s gymnasium, was organized by the NCHS (National Chinese Honor Society) of Shrewsbury High School. My Chinese class, taught by Mrs. Yeh, presented a short song called “Two Tigers” and a traditional Chinese fashion show, where I performed awesome kung fu moves! The event also served Chinese buffet.

Please enjoy a 3-minute video summarizing the event and some pictures.

Zai jian!
David:)
